Basketball Drills: Circuit-Backboard Taps
The purpose of the circuit is to improve your fitness level and your skill level by doing basketball related exercises. What you will want to do here is get right in front of the backboard on one side of the rim. You will squat down in an athletic position and hold the ball below your chin. You will then jump, exploding towards the backboard and tap the backboard with the ball. If you cannot touch the backboard, just jump as high as you can. When you land you want to land in your starting position. The next exercise is the backboard taps with a slide. Same drill now you just step and slide to the other side of the rim. Enjoy!
