Basketball Drills: Circuit-Box 1
The purpose of the circuit is to improve your fitness level and your skill level by doing basketball related exercises. These boxes are designed to be done around the paint. You will start at the bottom of the paint in one corner in a defensive stance. You will slide to the other corner as fast as you can. Next you will sprint to the free throw line and end with a close-out. To close-out you will chop your feet and put one hand up to contest the shot. On the close-out you want to be under control, so that you can be ready to slide. Next you want to slide along the free throw line to the other side of the box. Finally you will back pedal until you get to the other bottom corner of the box. Got it? Now watch me do it.
