Basketball Drills: Circuit-Electric Chair
The purpose of this circuit is to improve your fitness level and your skill level by doing basketball related exercises. You will hold the ball in each position for 30 seconds. You want to get down in an athletic position and hold the ball straight out in front of you. Then go to your left still keeping your arms straight. Next go to your right with your arms straight and still maintaining your stance. Then hold the ball over your head with your arms straight and legs still bent. Finally hold the ball between your legs so the ball almost touches the ground. Remember you will hold each position for 30 seconds. You will feel the burn!
