Basketball Drills: Circuit-Lane Slides
The purpose of this circuit is to improve your fitness level and your skill level by doing basketball related exercises. All you want to do is get in a defensive stance with your feet about shoulders width apart. Then you want to take one side step and slide your other foot. When you slide the other foot you should be in a similar position as you started. When you put it all together it will go so fast you will not even recognize that any of this is happening. Simply put, slide your feet from lane line to lane line for the desired period of time.
