Basketball Drills: Circuit-Leap Frog
The purpose of the circuit is to improve your fitness level and your skill level by doing basketball related exercises. Who remembers leap frog? Not only is it a fun game to play, it will help you improve your explosion. Your feet will be shoulder width apart and then you will jump out as far as you can. Make sure you jump off 2 feet and land on 2 feet. The tough one is the twist. You will do everything the same way but you just want to turn your body 180 degrees so you are facing backwards. Then you want to jump backwards and turn 180 degrees so you are facing forwards. Enjoy!
