Basketball Drills: Circuit-Line Jumps
The purpose of this circuit is to improve your fitness level and your skill level by doing basketball related exercises. For line jumps you want to keep both of your feet together and jump over the line. Make sure both feet are over the line each time. Line jumps are aimed at improving your quickness so the goal is to do this as quickly as possible. You want to make sure you are getting close to the line as this will force you to move quickly.
