Basketball Drills: Circuit-Walking Lunges
The purpose of this circuit is to improve your fitness level and your skill level by doing basketball related exercises. For the walking lunges start with a ball in your hands and hold it to your chest. Stand with both feet shoulder width apart. First raise your knee towards your waist then step forward. You want to land so that your front thigh is parallel with the floor. Your back thigh should be perpendicular to the floor. Your back knee should not touch the ground. Then turn your shoulders so that your opposite elbow is over your front leg. Finally you will turn your body so that you are facing forward and step out and up with your back leg. Then repeat the rest of the motion.
