Basketball Drills: Warm up-Karaoke
This warm-up exercise is designed to loosen up your hips. You want to start standing sideways with your feet about shoulder width apart. Both of your arms should be out so they make a straight line. This will make your body a âTâ shape. You want to move at the speed of a sideways jog. Start with your outside leg and bring your knee up and across your body. Then you will bring your feet back to the original position. Then you want to cross that same leg behind the other leg.
